As Controller of Greater Georgia Concrete, LLC, Tonya Davell oversees a wide range of administrative and financial operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of a dynamic construction office. Her responsibilities include full-cycle accounts receivable and payable, cash management, payroll, monthly financial reporting, and project management support. Tonya plays a key role in maintaining accurate audit trails and upholding the company’s high standards of operational accountability. She reports directly to the President and works closely with the executive management team.
Before joining Greater Georgia Concrete, Tonya built a strong foundation in business operations during her 14-year career in the multi-family housing industry. Her extensive experience in property management has proven invaluable in her current role, equipping her with the organizational and leadership skills essential for success in a fast-paced construction environment.
Outside of work, Tonya enjoys spending time with her husband, Jon, and their three sons—Andrew, Aidan, and Nathan—at their home in Auburn, Georgia. She also has a passion for cooking and baking and loves sharing her creations with family and friends.
