Kirby Yoder

Director of Industrial Business Unit

Kirby Yoder serves as GGC’s Director of Industrial Concrete. Throughout his career, he has served in a variety of roles – concrete specialty contractor, general contractor, industrial owners’ representative, and management consultant. He thrives when working with others on complex “opportunities” involving money, manpower and machinery.

It’s through these opportunities, building a variety of structures across a 40-year career, that he’s gained many great relationships, fun stories, and experiences. Kirby’s diverse background, constructing intricate data centers, precise manufacturing facilities, complicated civil structures, or million square foot structures, enables him to humbly lead teams, focus on critical elements and deliver successful outcomes.

Kirby and his wife Jennifer have four married children and five grandkids. They worship at Perimeter Church where Kirby serves as an Elder. They reside in Norcross, GA. He follows all sports, especially the Purdue Boilermakers and Atlanta Braves. His happy place is doing anything outside with others – biking, golfing, cross-fit, hunting and fishing – but mostly bombing down mountains on his gravel bike or chasing coastal redfish and trout in the marsh grass.
