Nichiha Industrial Manufacturing Facility – Macon, GA
Nichiha USA, a subsidiary of Japan-based Nichiha Corporation (est. 1956), expanded its U.S. footprint with a new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Macon, Georgia. As a global leader in fiber cement siding, Nichiha required a large-scale industrial facility that could support high-volume production while meeting strict structural and durability standards. At the time, this project represented the largest undertaking in Greater Georgia Concrete’s portfolio.
Our Scope Included
- 431,829 SF of slab-on-grade concrete
- 1,200 tons of installed rebar
- Turnkey concrete services from prep to finish
- Integrated collaboration with Dublin Construction and WM2A Architects
- Full project coordination across a high-volume industrial site
