Cinelease Studios – Three Ring Studio Campus
Greater Georgia Concrete was selected to help bring one of Georgia’s premier film and television campuses to life. As part of the Three Ring Studio development, Cinelease Studios is a massive production facility in Conyers, GA—designed to support major motion picture and streaming productions. This large-scale tilt-wall project required a high level of precision and coordination to meet the demands of speed, scale, and performance.
Our Scope Included
- 819,041 SF of total concrete work, including:
- 235,609 SF of slab-on-grade concrete
- 220,432 SF of tilt-wall panels
- 363,000 SF of concrete paving
- 16,768 CY of concrete placed
- 300 tons of rebar installed

The scale and complexity of Cinelease Studios pushed our team to deliver with precision across more than 800,000 square feet of concrete scope.
