National Center for Civil and Human Rights
Located in Atlanta, Georgia, the National Center for Civil and Human Rights is a landmark destination that connects past and present movements for equality and justice. This project required a thoughtful approach to exterior construction, ensuring the surrounding spaces reflect the significance and purpose of the institution.
Working alongside Perkins & Will and in partnership with Juneau Construction, Greater Georgia Concrete delivered a refined hardscape package designed to support accessibility, durability, and a seamless visitor experience.

Our Scope Included
A detailed hardscape package featuring:
- 11,305 SF of pedestrian and vehicular paving
- 405 LF of cast-in-place stairs
- 5,230 SF of pedestal pavers
- Various site furnishings
Each component was constructed with precision to ensure long-term performance while maintaining a clean, cohesive aesthetic across the site.

Delivering Greater Impact
The National Center for Civil and Human Rights project highlights GGC’s ability to execute high-quality hardscape work in culturally significant environments. From pedestrian pathways to elevated paver systems, every element contributes to a space that supports movement, reflection, and connection.
This project reflects our commitment to building environments that not only perform but also enhance the experience of those who visit and engage with them.
