Our Scope Included
GGC’s commercial team executed a massive 521,825 SF of concrete work, including:
- 166,100 SF of slab-on-grade
- 348,350 SF of post-tensioned elevated slabs
- 5,145 SF of topping slab and 2,230 SF of balcony slabs
- Over 839 tons of rebar, 547,000 lbs. of PT cables, and 3,918 shear rails
- Extensive foundation systems, concrete walls, curbs, and over 668 structural columns across two buildings
- Precision-formed stairs, both concrete and metal
