1915 Ashley Warehouse
As part of Ashley Furniture’s expanding logistics operations, the 1915 South warehouse project in Thomasville, GA required a high-performance concrete package tailored for large-scale storage and distribution. Greater Georgia Concrete partnered with Choate Construction to deliver turnkey slab, tilt-wall, paving, and elevated deck systems for this regional hub. The result is a streamlined, durable facility built for long-term efficiency and operational flow.

Our Scope Included
- 349,531 SF of total concrete work, including:
- 101,136 SF of slab-on-grade concrete
- 69,261 SF of tilt-wall panels, featuring over 15,000 LF of 2” architectural reveal
- Approximately 65,000 SF of slab-on-metal deck concrete
- 114,134 SF of concrete paving
- 9,551 CY of concrete placed
- 289 tons of rebar installed
