Situated off South Memorial Parkway in Huntsville, Stadium Commons marks the first phase of a future mixed-use development that will bring retail, dining, and entertainment to a high-traffic corridor seeing over 120,000 vehicles per day. Adjacent to the John Hunt Championship Soccer Fields and close to Huntsville’s downtown business district, the site benefits from nearby residential neighborhoods and a growing sports and recreation hub.
Our Scope Included
GGC’s commercial team delivered a wide range of concrete work across multiple buildings, including:
- 28,970 SF of 6” reinforced slabs on metal deck
- 560 SF of elevator mats and 630 SF of elevator walls
- 385 LF of continuous footings, 131 spread footings, and 55 piers
- Multiple ribbon slabs with perimeter turndowns, ranging from 500 SF to 4,080 SF each
- 1,870 SF of patio slab and 52,200 SF of parking deck slabs (including precast topping)
- 9,500 SF of 12” walls and 210 SF of 8” walls
