Georgia Tech BCM Student Housing
Located in Atlanta, Georgia, the Georgia Tech BCM Student Housing project is designed to support modern student living with a focus on durability, functionality, and long-term performance. Developed in partnership with True North Companies and designed by Poole & Poole Architecture, the project required a well-coordinated structural concrete scope to support a multi-level residential environment.
Greater Georgia Concrete delivered a focused commercial package, ensuring each phase of work was executed with precision and aligned with the project’s schedule and structural requirements.

Our Scope Included
A coordinated concrete scope featuring:
- 104 tons of reinforcing steel
- 36 cast-in-place columns
- 10,491 SF of slab-on-grade
- 20,636 SF of cast-in-place elevated slab
Each component was completed with careful sequencing and attention to detail, supporting the structure’s integrity and long-term performance.
