Franklin High School
The Franklin High School project represents a large-scale educational facility built to support students, staff, and the surrounding community for decades to come. Designed with durability, functionality, and long-term performance in mind, the project required a comprehensive concrete scope executed with precision and coordination.
Greater Georgia Concrete is delivering a full structural concrete package for this multi-level facility, supporting everything from foundational elements to elevated systems and exterior pedestrian infrastructure. The work demands careful sequencing and experienced field leadership to maintain progress across multiple building components.

Our Scope Included
A substantial concrete package featuring:
- 13,000 cubic yards of concrete placed
- 370 tons of reinforcing steel installed
- 65,000 SF of cast-in-place concrete walls
- 145,000 SF of slab-on-grade concrete
- 123,000 SF of slab-on-metal deck
- 132,000 SF of sidewalks and exterior concrete
Construction is currently progressing in the basement slab-on-grade, with work continuing upward through the structure.

Delivering Greater Impact
Franklin High School is being built to serve future generations, and the concrete work plays a critical role in that mission. Through disciplined execution, strong coordination, and a commitment to quality, GGC is helping create a durable educational environment designed to support learning, safety, and daily use at scale.
This project reflects our ability to deliver complex commercial and institutional concrete work with consistency, care, and long-term performance in mind.
