ABC Warehouse
The ABC Warehouse project represents a significant investment in industrial and distribution infrastructure in central Alabama, supporting the region's growing role in warehousing, logistics, and supply chain operations. Located in Montgomery, Alabama, this large-scale facility was designed to meet the demands of modern distribution—placing capacity, durability, and operational efficiency at the forefront of the build.
Greater Georgia Concrete partnered with Bailey Harris Construction to deliver a comprehensive concrete package for this expansive industrial facility, designed by SS&L. The project required disciplined coordination, experienced field leadership, and the ability to execute large-scale slab and tilt-up construction efficiently across the full schedule.
Our Scope
A full industrial concrete scope valued at $6.6 million, featuring:
- 281,035 SF of slab-on-grade concrete
- 119,000 SF of tilt-up wall panels across 154 panels
- 38,500 SF of slab on metal deck
- 1,420 SF of cast-in-place walls
- 31 cast-in-place piers
The scale and complexity of the facility demanded careful sequencing and consistent execution to support the project's long-term operational needs.

The ABC Warehouse investment reflects a commitment to strengthening the region's distribution and logistics infrastructure. By delivering more than 438,000 square feet of combined slab and tilt-up concrete construction, GGC played a critical role in creating a facility built for high-volume operations and long-term growth.
