TRT International Distribution Facilities
Located in Rincon, Georgia, the TRT International project consists of two large-scale warehouse facilities designed to support high-volume logistics and cargo distribution. Positioned strategically near the Savannah port corridor, the site enhances TRT International’s ability to deliver efficient, end-to-end logistics solutions for clients requiring both short- and long-term storage.
Greater Georgia Concrete partnered with Omega Construction to deliver a comprehensive concrete package for this multi-building development. The scope demanded careful coordination across expansive slab areas, tilt-up construction, and extensive paving—executed with a disciplined schedule and experienced field leadership.
Our Scope Included
A full concrete scope delivered over approximately nine months, featuring:
- 313,200 SF of slab-on-grade concrete
- 168,985 SF of tilt-up wall panels
- 450,000 SF of pavement between and around both buildings
- 313 tons of reinforcing steel installed
- Tilt-up erection completed in approximately one month
The work required seamless sequencing between structures to maintain progress and support parallel construction activities across the site.
