• 108,000 SF of decorative sitework (over 2.5 acres)
• 13,000 SF of artificial turf
• 1,500 LF of cast-in-place stairs
• 5,236 LF of various concrete walls and benches—nearly a mile of custom hardscape
• 4 unique trellis structures
• 2 multi-family amenity decks featuring pools, grill stations, fire pits, and custom wood seating
