The Fraiser project brought large-scale industrial concrete work to McDonough, GA, supporting the construction of a high-performance manufacturing facility designed to meet demanding operational needs. The scope combined extensive slab work, heavy mat foundations, and high-load paving to deliver a structure ready for long-term performance.

- 103,866 SF slab on metal deck
- 52,954 SF 24” mat slab foundation
- 113,934 SF 14” mat slab foundation
- 14,825 SF foundation walls
- 85,224 SF heavy-duty concrete paving
- Placement of 1,585 tons of rebar
