As part of the transformative 30-acre Englewood development near Atlanta’s BeltLine Southside Trail, GGC delivered extensive hardscape work to support this vibrant new community hub. The project integrates public trails, parks, and gathering spaces designed to connect neighborhoods and enhance the urban experience.

Scope Highlights:

  • 100,000 SF of sidewalks
  • 2,200 SF of rubber mulch playground surfacing
  • 2,800 SF of artificial turf surface
  • 1,635 LF of cast-in-place stairs
  • 2,758 LF of concrete and granite veneer walls
  • 44,000 SF of various pavers
  • 8,468 LF of granite curb
  • 9,741 LF of concrete curb (approximately 3.5 miles of total curb)
  • Overlook structures totaling 3,495 SF of elevated slab, supported by 3 CIP columns and a CIP wall ledge at pond overlook structures
