Broe 2G
Located in Rincon, Georgia, the Broe 2G project is a large-scale warehouse facility designed to support modern storage and distribution operations. Positioned just outside Savannah, the site benefits from close proximity to major port activity—making it an ideal location for logistics-driven users requiring efficient access and flow. Greater Georgia Concrete partnered with Evans to deliver a comprehensive concrete package for this fast-moving industrial build. With a clean, box-style layout and flexible footprint, the facility was constructed to meet the demands of a wide range of future tenants while maintaining a disciplined construction schedule from start to finish.

Our Scope Included
A full concrete scope executed over approximately seven months, featuring:
- 322,844 SF of slab-on-grade concrete
- 94,610 SF of tilt-up wall panels
- 286 tons of reinforcing steel installed
- Rapid tilt-up panel erection completed in roughly one week
The scope required close coordination, experienced field leadership, and efficient sequencing to maintain momentum across the jobsite.

Delivering Greater Impact
Broe 2G reflects GGC’s ability to deliver high-volume industrial concrete work with speed, consistency, and control. From expansive slab placements to swift tilt-up execution, the project demonstrates how experience and planning come together to support large-scale facilities built for long-term performance. It’s another example of how Greater Georgia Concrete brings reliability, scale, and proven execution to industrial projects across the Southeast.
