On December 12, 2025, Greater Georgia Concrete brought together our superintendents, field engineers, and field staff for a day focused on alignment, education, and appreciation, culminating in our annual Christmas celebration.
The day began with a quarterly field staff meeting, where leadership shared updates on annual revenue performance, reviewed key standard operating procedures, and highlighted recent project awards across the Southeast. These sessions are an essential part of how we stay connected as a growing organization, ensuring our teams in the field have clarity, context, and confidence as we move forward together.
A core component of the meeting was a training session on ADA compliance, reinforcing our ongoing commitment to safety, accessibility, and building environments that serve everyone well. Continued education like this is essential to maintaining the high standards we set for ourselves and the trust our clients place in us on every project.
Following the meeting, the team gathered for our annual Christmas lunch, enjoying a catered Italian meal and desserts. It was a well-earned opportunity to slow down, connect, and celebrate the dedication and hard work that define our field teams day in and day out.
At GGC, moments like these matter. They reflect our people-first culture, our commitment to continuous improvement, and our belief that strong projects are built by strong teams: aligned, informed, and appreciated.
As we head into the new year, we’re grateful for our field teams and proud of what we’ve accomplished together. Only settle for greater.
