Greater Georgia Concrete, LLC is a full-service, turnkey Concrete Subcontractor based in Berkeley Lake, GA (Suburban Atlanta), operating across the Southeastern United States.  GGC brings forward a team of concrete professionals with a vast wealth of knowledge and experience in the concrete industry – we are home to the best the Southeast has to offer.  Originally formed in 2002, GGC has grown to over $100M in annual revenue, working in 7 states throughout the South.  We employ a wide bandwidth of superintendents, concrete craftsmen, project managers, pre-construction managers and office staff, delivering concrete packages from $100,000 up to $15,000,000 in a variety of markets.  Our work includes turnkey material and labor for complete installation of foundations, slabs, walls, concrete frames, sidewalks and paving.  GGC currently operates with four business units:

• Commercial including Healthcare, K12, Higher Education, Government, Multi-Family, and Parking Decks
• Hardscape including Decorative Concrete, Pavers, Amenity Decks, and Site Concrete
• Industrial including Data Centers, Place & Finish, Cold Storage, and Distribution Centers
• Tilt Wall including Manufacturing, Warehouses, Distribution, Logistic Centers, and Schools

GGC employs over 35 field superintendents and field engineers, all who work with our general contractor teams in coordinating and executing the work.  Our project management and support staff of more than 15 in the office ensure communication and documentation are done at the highest level.  GGC’s pre-construction and estimating team of 8 focuses on performing budgets, detailed estimates and cost-benefit and value engineering analysis to help get any project in budget and under contract.  Our team also includes a full-time Safety Director who has a staff of 2 on-site safety engineers.  And our team of over 300 concrete craftsmen can be deployed in any number of crew sizes and specialty services to meet any need.  We ensure each unique project is delivered with the highest quality, on schedule and within budget.  We take great pride in being a dependable partner.
